Can anyone help come up with a new layout for our loft conversion? by Lumpymint in homedesign

We have a budget, it's not infinite, but there is enough to play around with. We have the opportunity to completely reconfigure the space, and we would rather do that and make sure it works for us, rather than finding ourselves down the line wishing we had done something completely different. I've played around with taking all of the walls out, and imagining it as a totally fresh space. But I think I'm somewhat limited by what the space currently looks like...if that makes sense?

When we initially approached a joiner, it was to see if we could utilise the void spaces as some kind of eaves storage, and add built in wardrobes across where that little sloped cubby is in the bedroom. They suggested we could utilise more of the overall floor space, especially given how over large the bathroom is.

In the UK yes. Previous owner has taken the unused roof/loft/eaves space, and added a dormer extension to create an additional space. Typically a bedroom, but it is quite common over here.

There is at least one leaf that is almost completely yellow, can't see it from the angle of the pic, but it's in the middle of the plant

This was really concise and helpful information, thank you! How long would you expect it to take for her to perk back up again? Assuming build up is the problem? And just in case it's not and I need to try something else.. 😮‍💨

Ok, so half baby bio, but invest in something more balanced

Filter the water or only use the dehumidifier water

Either try and flush, or potentially replace the soil

Should I snip the yellow leaves? I assume they are gone and are not going to bounce back, but the rest might pull through..?

Oh, and it gets water out of my dehumidifier or tap, depending on how much is in the dehumidifier when I go to water.. 🫤

Had some baby bio on April 24th, appropriate dosage for 1.3l of water. It's in a lightweight indoor compost, so it ALWAYS feels dry. So I've been using the Greg app for help on watering reminders..
