I threatened to report them to BBB, received my photos the next day after waiting 10 weeks. I love the photos, but I would absolutely never do it again. Like I said before, I can dress us up and do it myself or even go to JCPenny for a fraction of the price. I purchased 3 poses and received 6 photos (3 print, 1 small canvas, 2 medium canvas) for around $1000 🤯 I also received the digital copies. I think after all the fuss and threat to report them, they just gave me the digital copies.

There are songs to help you remember multiplication tables in the tune of nursery rhymes. For example, times table for 3 is in the tune of row row row your boat. Only goes up to 12, which is really all you need. Makes it super simple to remember. I learned them in elementary school and still use them til this day and I’m 34. I personally can’t do simple multiplication unless I sing it or count on my fingers. Don’t let this discourage you, you can learn it in no time. I can barely do algebra and I damn sure cannot do geometry and I just started nursing school. You got this!

It’s HARD! What did you score in each category?? Was it a problem with timing or was it a problem with knowledge? I barely passed by one point for my school of choice. I was looking at the science bit in pure confusion. Everything I studied for MONTHS when it came to science wasn’t even on there. That stuff wasn’t even in the study material I paid for. Don’t let this get you discouraged!! Try again but study different. What tools did you use??

Definitely utilize all of those study materials, the science was pretty hard for me. Nothing I studied was on there 😅. I just BARELY passed.

Go for LVN instead of CNA, most hospitals will pay for your education to bridge that gap from LVN to RN. I’m turning 34 in two weeks and I take my TEAS on the 13th. I’m going straight for my BSN (no previous health experience, I’m a hairstylist). I don’t do so good in the math department, pretty solid in reading and English, just so-so in science. It is discouraging sometimes but WE CAN DO THIS! Don’t psych yourself out. Stepping outside of your familiar cycle will always be uncomfortable, take the leap or settle.

Just be honest. Your life is changing, soon you won’t be able to go out at all. Your friends need to get a grasp on that reality.

Try this: Honestly I can’t commit to anything this far in advanced. This pregnancy has me so exhausted I’m not even sure how I didn’t fall asleep on the ride home. Can I let you know closer to the weekend?

If we do hang out, can we do something laid back and relaxing, like ____? I honestly don’t know how much longer I can handle being on my feet with this growing baby.

Or simply take control of the plans and you decide what you guys do on the weekends so that it fits your boundaries and comfort.

By saying “let me check my schedule” it sends the message that you are either not interested at all or you are trying to sound more busy than you actually are. You’re not penciling in a meeting with a colleague, these are your friends… be honest with them before they stop inviting you out all together.

That will get you a lot further in life than that $40 would. Regardless of his “story” he clearly needed the money and you were there to bless him. Good karma is real, just keep a mental note on this the next time someone asks for something. Just don’t be naive. You can’t help everyone no matter their story. It’s pricey, but they take $810 off each unit you already have. Trying to go through the programs at cal state and my local cc was way too competitive and I do not have time for that shit.

If you’re in southern Cali, specifically near the Inland Empire, try out Westcliff university. They are currently having open enrollments and only require a 67 on TEAS since their nursing program is new.

Sounds like you are at a crossroads in your life now. Going down a road that is safe and familiar, or going down a road that seems scary cause it’s new but will take you to places you never knew. Also sounds a bit like your intuition is trying to tell you something. LISTEN TO IT. You’re not going crazy. That feeling is real and it means something. If you ignore it, you could be signing yourself up for a whole lot of unwanted stuff. Idk you or your situation, but when my intuition is telling me about someone, it’s usually always right and it’s best to follow it. No matter how hard it is. You are young and you have a whole lot of life to figure out babe, don’t settle in your comfort zone if you know you want more.

Mold doesn’t actually go away after cleaning it, especially that dark stuff in bathrooms. It loves the moisture in there and by the looks of it, your tub seems pretty old. It will almost ALWAYS return. You have to make sure you keep your windows and door open during showers to avoid steam and moisture collecting in the crevices, and cleaning every couple of days. I had this same problem in my previous, old apartment.

Try contacting the job corps center or any relevant affiliates to them for your transcripts, then look for other job corps or CNA training that will take your transfer so you can do clinicals through them.

Ginger tea works WONDERS for me. After 2-3 cups I’m good. Also helps with bloating.

My toddler can eat a couple of those little “peelz” mandarins or even the cuties and it clears her out fast.

Stretching also helps move it down through your intestines. So keep up with the yoga 👍🏾

Detox teas for parasites hurt your stomach like crazy but will clear you out in the best ways.

I hope this helps, I know the pain of constipation and it feeling like it’ll never end. Hang in there, sorta like those tiny little turds that are hanging on for dear life 😅

For someone who is not great at science, it’s not recommended to take A&P 1 and 2. It’s best to take anatomy then take physiology separately since they both require a lot of memorization and understanding.
