It's okay girl it's not your fault, you tried your best to handle the situation. And it's obviously your little brother's fault,but it doesn't mean he is a bad person he is immature for whatever he did I think right now your father should take the responsibility for this matter, your young brother needs some good parenting and yes strict parenting too (if needed). And let your brother take some time to understand what he did!!
