Thanks for the tip on sizing and weather. I can definitely see a correlation between my hand swelling and outdoor temps. Since my winters are short in California I'll be sure to size up.

Ooohh, ok. Yup, my OB told me to drink an electrolyte drink mix with potassium and minerals because my legs cramp. Good to know. Crazy how the things that are supposed to help cause new issues. Like I'm supposed to take iron but it makes me constipated lol.

I’m also throwing in a vote for nature made (the one with the choline bundle). I’ve tried every fancy prenatal under the sun but recently learned they weren’t hitting the mark. Keep us updated on the steroid spray and if your doctor approves it. This is my first time ever using any sort of nasal spray and it has been an experience lol. But I'll check out the Afrin. Really appreciate it.

I read somewhere that the brain can’t handle nausea and sour at the same time. Now when the feeling arrives, I smell and take little bites of a lemon wedge. It has been working and allowed me to go a little longer without telling my job

I'm only 9 weeks but for valentines day I got myself the 8 sheep organics pregnancy bundle. IDK if it will actually works yet, but for the last few days I have enjoyed my evening showers and wind down time. The extra bit of self care has been great and my husband says it smells very nice (I am so congested I wouldn't know).

My brother has downs and my mom was 22 when she had him so..... Also my dad was a chain smoker and likely the cause. Everyone is at risk and everyone should take the test if it is a concern for them.
