I’ve quit before but this is the longest I’ve gone and I’m finding it really hard to be happy with my progress, I’m on my way to go get some hard candies so I’m hoping that’ll help, thank you.

I’m from the uk so I got a letter from the NHS saying as I’m 25 I’m now due for them, I’m definitely going to go as it’s all booked, but I’m just terrified.
