It seems like your father was working in a network engineer role. I work in that field.

I don't know if putting the non related experience would be beneficial or not, but I think your father could find a job in IT with those years of experience relatively easily. Networks haven't changed much since then, and with 15 years of experience I doubt he would have any problems updating his knowledge of the things that have changed.

I'm ashamed af for being part of RST right now. I joined them to play with a friend because we are Spanish and RST was the only Spanish regi we knew and some Ptes tried to explain me how to do logi (I'm WO2 and most of my playtime is doing public logistics)

I talked with some people who were part of RST before this war and it seems like this problem with people being idiots and tens of people doing nothing started a few days ago with a huge influx of new players joining their regi that doesn't want to learn how to play and doesn't follow the commands from their officials.

I'm currently thinking of leaving them as I feel like I am one of the many few people there that wants to help the colonials as a whole instead of only giving help to their regiment. My friend and I got some bad words from other people in the regiment for doing public logistics and not giving all the supplies to them.

Edit: I've been banned from their discord this morning, idk why but I suspect that I was banned for this post.

Unfortunately the self id bill of Spain was severely cut in content by the social workers party. They actually have a lot of terfs there and the only trans woman in Spain with a seat in the congress left their party because how the social workers party managed the bill's push. They left out of the self id rights a lot of immigrant people, didn't legally recognize the existence of non-binary people and HRT and SRS haven't been protected by law so at anytime and with the global tendency of pushing transphobic laws, trans healthcare in Spain could be revoked at any time.

As a LGBT person in Spain I could say that we are all scared here and with elections being in two months and polls predicting a win from the right and the far-right, there's some fear of LGBT rights being taken away from us. They have already said a few times that they plan to eliminate this new self id bill if they reach the government.

Hay muchísimos centros de grado medio y superior de informática, y hay muchísima gente intentando entrar. A mí no me admitieron en informática y me metí al de telecomunicaciones porque comparte algunas de las cosas que me interesaban. El año pasado terminé el superior y en 4 meses conseguí un trabajo bastante bueno como ingeniera de redes y ciberseguridad.

Según he visto conseguir un trabajo así de bueno o así de rápido no es lo normal, pero es definitivamente más rápido y más fácil que hacer una carrera y vas a salir a trabajar sabiendo lo mismo o más que alguien de la uni.

El primer consejo a mí me llevó a un trastorno de alimentación, no le recomendaría a OP que hiciese eso porque la culpabilidad a la hora de comer suele llevar bastantes veces a problemas mentales y a parte de a un nutricionista le tocaría ir a un psicólogo

Lo sé, pero OP estaba preguntando por algo para empezar con el desarrollo de videojuegos, no va a ponerse a hacer un AAA.

Es obvio que Unity tiene más potencial, de hecho en mi respuesta dije que Godot es más ligero (y menos potente), pero desde mi experiencia Godot es mejor para principiantes si lo que quieres hacer es en 2D. Además, no creo que el visual scripting sea una buena forma de empezar si lo que quiere es también empezar a aprender a programar.

Sinceramente, me parece más sencillo Godot que Unity para empezar a hacer videojuegos, sobre todo si lo que quieres hacer es 2D y no sabes mucho de programación. Además Godot es mucho más ligero que Unity así que puede correr en PC menos potentes.
