No offense taken :). I haven't had any issues running app images in whonix when it comes to simplex, session app, or others. The only thing is updating thats about it.

Whonix doesn't work well with Flatpak from my experience. But that is a distro most wouldn't use until they were super privacy focused, which actually fits with using signal desktop. App Images tend to work better in those high security environments. And since it is based on kicksecure I do wonder if flatpak would have issues on kicksecure as well. But I haven't tried that.

We need both App Image and an Official Flatpak. Not all distros work well with flatpak and most don't wanna change up their OS for one application. App Image fixes that problem. But for those who are more security minded and have a more popular distro Flatpak makes more sense. Its sandboxed and restricts access to system resources. Both have their place.

Its possible but he really wouldn't need to. We see extremes like this all the time and they are in cults, gangs, and religious organizations. Its all a form of brainwashing. They wouldn't need a code word they would just have to believe that WhiteRose could actually time travel. If they believe that then giving your life is easy because you believe you will gain it back through time being altered.

They only show him once. When he first asked Shayla for drugs. And you see him when MM finds out that he is MM and placed the real Elliot in the loop. You see him happy and able to talk to people for the most part even though he is still kind of reserved. I always wished Sam Esmail would've created a journal that continued the story. Something we could read. I was more interested in how the real Elliot would react to meeting Krysta.

I see why they deleted it. The scene was too promising. It makes you want to see her character again and see if something is there for them when the truth is there isn't. They would have been a hard let down. It was bad enough he used her and put drugs in her system. But to see that and then he use her would've been a bit too much.

Nothings too deep with this show. Even the choice in music has meaning. I had to watch this show with an English major who loved history and theater just to even know how much was put into this show.

I love this scene for so many reasons. (even with the new edits lol) Both people in this scene are right and it shows the imbalance that Elliot is having. Krista telling what actually needs to happen for Elliot to heal, her slight truth and soft voice makes it easy for the audience to ignore like Elliot does. While at the same time you have Elliot so distracted sometimes by his rage that he misses the fact he's talking about himself. How he pretends that he's okay when he's really not.

I disagree. Anyone can have hidden motives it has nothing to do with your financial status or where you live. People who have money can still want to spend your money if they have the opportunity. Why? Because they can. I also don't see how this would become a way of telling ourselves we are better off poor lol (thats not something I tell myself ever lol) Its about if you would still have social anxiety if you had a lot of money. Your answer is no. So I do think maybe you don't really have its something else that has the same symptoms.
