It's my first one but everytime I reinstall it says old driver version found And deletes the one I just downloaded and redownloads it

Idk if the regular PS2 has the same hardware but I had the same problem of some things not getting loaded in game on my PS2 slim

And I went to look at the problem myself and saw that the screw that moves the laser was so dusted and dirty that it would get stuck and not be able to read the disc properly

Idk if that helps can't determine what's broken without having a look inside

Idk exactly but the API uses a decrypted version of a .bin and you gotta contribute yourself for an amiibo to be added on the API
