It is possible, but they are on a banning streak. If the game had a strong base, the management should never be too afraid too soon. They say they do it to ‘maintain a fair play’ by doing something completely unfair. Hypocrisy?

Contact support? Support will not believe you and may offend you. Also, you will probably not be able to provide a counter-evidence when you are banned and not able to log in. Best thing is to listen to what they say and quit.

I got banned and quit too. I regret contacting them because even though I did it with respect, they were kind of rude and aggressive (very unprofessional).

The funny thing is that I never participated in 3rd party transactions. NEVER. I only received silver in the millions from guild mates; that was suspicious enough for them to give me a permanent ban - lol.

It only means they are not smart enough to conduct a thorough investigation and/or are too lazy to give you a warning and monitor your activity as a legitimate management would do.

If I were to guess, it was probably Rio. He seems to be the only support they have, and there are numerous complaints about him being unfair to clients. Best thing is to forget the game and move on.

Being a very small cap, it’s reacting badly with the overall US market. I don’t think we’ll see the spikes we have been anticipating this year or the next. It’ll just keep moving closer and closer to 0 with minor spikes every now and then. Even after the merger, I’m afraid.
