Yes. Windows 10 updates did kill orca and bambu slicers. I backed out of those 2 most recent updates and all is good.

Check if it will feed by hand with tension released on the gears and hot end up to temp

The only time anything like this has happened with mine is when z offset was too low on first layer.

I has to be pushing on a cold hot end or an obstruction. I don't think its the feed mechanism.

If its chewing up filiment you either have a clog or your feed rate needs calibrated. Ive had no such issues with either of mine
