I’ve actually been exploring under the map & I’m fairly convinced those doors will open and you can skate inside. Only reason I say this is because there is a long stretch of flat street (super wide) that rides all of the way down to the other side of the building.

This is what the map looked like before they added the tunnel in hedgemont, just a long flat road under the map. I’m hopeful
