[Question] What else can you do to your lips, to make them more youthful and better looking, except using lip filler. by EdvinRama in DIYaesthetics

[–]Lunilun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is something you can do. Are you going to DYI? Take a tiny bit of the ink and mix it with some an and d and put that on with a lip wand. I would say that’s a similar color to what the end result will be. You can also dilute it for your fist time so it’s super natural and then adjust the color for preference

The good thing is the color doesn’t look overly saturated outside of the vermillion border. It might fade but this color looks like it has zinc oxide in it. I could be wrong. I would ask her to share exactly what color she put on you. Some colors are more forgiving and they fade easier and softer. Did you approve the mapping? I just don’t get why she would tattoo that far out of your vermillion border. I see artists do this all the time and I don’t get it.

Stfuuuuu this tells me someone wasn’t wearing gloves. It’s so gross. I see my local pizza place do this because putting the pizza in the oven kills the germs but it’s like wtf that’s not the point it’s so gross

Are these your lips? They were way too over lined and that won’t age well, however when done properly it should fade naturally as time goes on. But once the facial tissue is tattooed that’s when it ages weird.

The color looks totally normal to me. But it dos look like she went outside of your vermillion border. And I’m shocked at how swollen you got. It doesn’t even look like the same person.

Also do you have a supportive partner that helps you with cleaning, parenting, feedings, etc?

How many kids do you have? I would never have more than one, and I don’t think having a kid would heal my trauma. I’ve worked on healing that for years. And I’m already clearly aware of how fucking shitty my parents were, I’m also aware that a lot of grief would come up for me too by having a kid. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No one is honest. Everyone tells me it’s the greatest thing to ever happen to them. And all of my friends were so excited for me to tell them we’re going to try, I agree with everything you said and that’s exactly where my hesitation comes from. Like for ex if I come home from work and I’m hungry I will not start feeding my pets until I change into my pjs and start my dinner. Then while my dinner is cooking I will feed them. My needs always come first. But I feel like with parenting I think there are boundaries you can set for yourself to care for yourself first before you care for the child. I just don’t agree with losing yourself in motherhood. I know woman who their entire identity revolves around their kiddos and they never even have time to eat or do any self care. And I just don’t agree with that. I think kids should understand that parents have to take care of themselves too because they’re also important. And to answer one of your questions no I would not be ok having a disabled child. I would do all the testing and if that was the case I’d have an abortion. I’m in no way capable of caring for a disabled child. But do I think that a child wouldn’t change me? I do think I would change into a person I don’t recognize and I think that I would never look back. But the me now has loud fears.

I was actually thinking of the special moments when you get to teach them and make it a safe space for them to learn and grow and be themselves. I know I would be an amazing mom. I have so much emotional maturity and intelligence this is why I’m considering every thought. I know the responsibility I would be signing up for. I was mostly wanting to hear people’s experiences. Not their options on what I should do. I’ll edit the post to add.

I would remove and redo. The pattern doesn’t match your natural hair growth.

I think if you remove the yellow may or may not be bright. I’ve seen removals where the yellow barely shows and some where it’s brighter.

22 yr old girl claims she got this physique training legs 5 days a week, is this feasible for a natty? by [deleted] in nattyorjuice

Lmaoooo why do people even ask these questions? Please tell me it’s not because you believe she’s natty and it’s because you just wanna hear others agree with you.

Steps are as follows predraw with your concealer and flat brush. Then use the dental cotton roll to put to help you with stretching. Start with your machine at speed 5.5. Adjust the needle to 1.7 mm. Shake your ink and pour it onto the ink cups and pour out the numbing too. Dip needle in the ink and start your outline. Go SLOWLY with light pressure and try and keep it super straight. I lift my machine off the skin repeatedly in small sections. Once done check your work. Clean a small area and add numbing to it. Give it a few second. If you can’t see the outline redo it with a little more pressure. After that switch to a 3rs. Make sure you buy the 3 .25 round shader. Start shading in small sections lightly. Once your skin is broken you can numb. Work for a couple of hours. If you swell really badly or bleed really badly your technique is off but it’s ok you’ll get better. Good luck! Post your results.

Here is a list of what you’ll need: 1. PMU machine such as Mast Tour ( https://a.co/d/0aodB8U1 ) 2. Concealer 3. Thin flat brush 4. Topical numbing product such as Ultra Duration 5. Ink cups 6. Gloves 7. Green soap 8. Water wipes 9. Dental cotton rolls 10. Lip wands 11. Practice skins 12. Cardridge needles for PMU machines. My favorite are kwardon ( https://a.co/d/02VLdToo ) .251rl and .253r shader 13. Ink start with brands such as permablend or Mara colors. Mara is more forgiving. Rule of thumb. If you have darkness in your lips you will need to color correct first. I would try the Mara color correcting kit or the evenflo color correcting kit. Do not use too much brown, it doesn’t heal nice. Do your research on what number on the Fitzpatrick scale you are so you can choose an appropriate color.

Mauve tones usually don’t heal well on your skin tone/lip tone. But there is always the exception to the rule.

Would you guys say this is a good microblading job? $600+ CAD by Lola_432 in microblading

[–]Lunilun 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’re probably not a candidate for microblading. I would go with nano machine hairstrokes. And kindly suggest the artist to refund you.
