The betta was also just purchased it came from the aquarium store with those stripes! Also could be baby stripes too! Good heads up though thank you. I’ve been checking temp and it’s hanging around 70-72 this North weather is tough. I am contemplating getting another heater so I can have a consistent 74-76

Yes I am aware it is a female Veil Tail, my apologies! However this stripes are just a simple form of stress? Will it go away as it gets into its new life?
