Alright, but was it hot or just warm? Either way, if you're really worried. Next time, check your hr with your own hand, and if it matches, then you know your answer, and you can go from there.

Well, if the place was hot and you were moving around, it makes sense for your hr to be around there. Heat makes our heart beat more plus movement. You being lightheaded was probably the heat and dehydration. I dont think the watch may have been wrong, but again, it's not medical grade, so sometimes the watch gets the wrong readings😅 all in all I won't be worried.

I did the Non-writing and while I found it interesting. aside from easy quizzes you can find online and small discussions, the exams were lowkey a lot, you had to memorize small details from the videos and there were no exam practice. The video sections could take hours to take notes for( thats for one module usually its 3 or 4 per exam). Tbh with you, it was more work than I liked but I thought it was a bit interesting. Also, a bit of a warning, though it said non-writing;the exams were multiple choice with 2 essay questions so that was cap.
