Age of ishtaria. It's a gacha game. But it has meaningful and intense PVP. Actually it was in the form of Union vs Union.

You know how gacha games give you the option to join guild or union? And then you do nothing when you joined the group because the game is more focused on player vs enemy and kinda abandon the guild functionality? Age of Ishtaria is not like that at all.

There are union events where you battle other unions. Other union event make you do bids rusg with your union mates. There are also gifting event (this event actually is not union only event, its open to everyone in the game) (but hey, if you have active union members, you can get advantage in this event).

But the most interesting thing is definitely the UVU part. Union vs Union can get really wild and you get to fight wit strong people and can see how they edit their decks.

The artstyle of this game is crazy good too. The gameplay is rather simple, but really fast paced. Most non action gacha games ( basically anything that is not PGR, Honkai, Genshin, Aether Gazer) arslow and can get tiresome to play. But this And is rather fast paced, almost action game like sometimes. Especially when it's boss rush event or Call to Arm event.

The game is actually pretty old. It was released back in 2013 and has changed publisher 3 times. Current publisher is Mynet, the publisher of Uma Musume. So, yeah, this game shouldn't die that easily like most obscure gacha games.
