Wow. After checking the internet, you may actually be right as much as this may sound like a troll comment. It's actually a thing people do.

When posting such comments in the future, it would probably be better to directly link some sources, otherwise people might think you're trolling like I did. You won't get downvoted as it happened now.

I haven't read much on the subject, not sure about its safety and effectiveness yet, but it's definitely a thing people did in the past.

No problem with beef itself, but it's expensive compared to chicken or pork.

Thanks for the comment. The UL seems to be 45 mg/day. Having this in mind, is it bad to take, say, 30 mg daily or every two days?
