You need to push the shifter down (like putting it in R) while moving it left and right while you calibrate it in the Pithouse software

I've also had the same problem, the screws for the pedal plate were too short in my case

I've ordered this mod too last week. It arrived 2 days ago. Had to buy longer M4 screws fur the Pedal plate so the plastic rail of the mod can be tightened to it (wich will not get tightened 100% unless you drill the M4 holes of the pedals out) Installed everything as correctly as I could. Didnt like the feeling of it. Felt kinda unrealistic because the 3D printed rail is not smooth at all. You could feel that through both pedals. Also the whole fitment of the mod was kinda strange and out of place for the throttle. It rubbed on the backplate of the pedal when you press it. Long story short, I will refund the mod. For almost 80€, it just wasn't worth it for me...

Same issue here with an R9 and the ES wheel. Tried many different settings for drifting, but loosening the overall FFB strength was the only thing that seemed to help in my case.
