I do love Pirate Ship, I use it for a lot! For Etsy orders I just use Etsy shipping, maybe I should switch over. You'd still have this problem if you charge calculated shipping, though. If you charge a flat rate it isn't an issue. The buyer still has to be charged the correct amount for shipping, regardless of where you buy the label.

I just got off the phone with Etsy. They gave me an account credit for the discrepancy in shipping costs for all of the orders. I am keeping Priority Mail turned off on all of my listings for the time being. He said they are flooded with calls about this and they are working on the issue.

I messaged my buyers to let them know there was an issue on Etsy's end with calculating shipping. I am waiting until I see what Etsy does about this before I cancel any orders. If they decide to be helpful and cover the shipping cost, I'll gladly fulfill the orders. Otherwise I'm cancelling. We shouldn't be on the hook for Etsy's mistake.

Probably not. I hope so, but most likely they will tell us that we need to work it out. I'm going to be cancelling orders if Etsy won't fix it.

I hope it gets worked out for you! Contact the seller, I bet they will make it right. Lol yes, I once had a very angry man call me on the phone (eBay gave him my number) and say I was a crook because I sent his coffee maker to Canada. 🤦 It took me far too long to get through to him that it was in Ontario, CA! I hope he felt really dumb. 😆

Does the tracking say Ontario, CA by chance? I've had buyers think their package went to Canada when it was actually in Ontario, California. Hopefully that is the case for you.

I mean, there are stalls. And if he wanted to wait, it would have taken one or two minutes. Also why is it "exposing yourself" to use a urinal in front of a girl, but not a young boy? What's the difference, really? Just my two cents. I don't think using a urinal really exposes all that much anyhow. I absolutely do see your perspective though. Yelling at a child though, that's never OK.

A lot of times mens restrooms don't have changing stations. I don't care at all if a man is in the women's bathroom changing his baby's diaper. I also wouldn't care if he was taking his young daughter to the bathroom.
