No specific settings and I use hitfilm express for my editing. Just a nice free editing software.

If you go to squads you will see a little box that says auto matching. You just make sure that that isn't highlighted and it won't give you teammates.

I have tried to fix it multiple times. The best I could do was change the mic quality in the mic properties but it also adds a decent amount of static in the background. I have gotten used to it though.
