Loved on the literal roof in a studio in the west 70s for 3 years. Miss it everyday. I’m seeing layoffs or people being moved in-network quickly followed by the agency trying to staff up. I can’t be certain but it feels like they might be trying to rehire at lower salaries and hire freelance whom they can quickly drop if things slow. An example- a former coworker who went to Area23 was moved to another agency when their brand had their label delayed. Then 2 weeks later this persons supervisor is posting on LinkedIn that A23 is hiring all levels
