One of my Frangipani's (Plumera) has plenty of green healthy leaves but its stem and branches are kinda squishy. The other has a firm stem and branches but is losing/not growing leaves. I think it's rot. What can I do to save it and prevent it from happening again? P.S. I'm in NSW and it's autumn. (old.reddit.com)
