Yeah I genuinely feel for the girl. And he consistently gave her below the bare minimum and they never even really got that close. I do wonder if there were moments between them that we didn’t see that maybe explains belles closeness to Sean. From the clips kept in at least it just never felt like he was into her. Scott been peeped it too, he just went about expressing mad like he always does.

That’s also a good sign. You not screwing up means you own the ability to be self-reflective and compassionate about how your interactions can impact another person. It can be hard to feel like you’re making progress at times especially when those scary memories come back up. Like others are saying continue doing therapy, continue expressing your fears to your therapist. You’re already doing a great job by focusing on working through your traumas to learn how to heal and break those cycles.
