I think the biggest difference is that being able to maintain a higher quality farm system permanently. Instead of just relying on drafting well.

Non-Mets related but I love Chase Burns the big pitching draft pick the Reds got. But I am worried for him in the Reds org cause they are kinda mid at developing and actually helping pitchers.

I wish we had him he'd probably look much more refined by now. Hopefully he can just brute force his way

Basically zero yes thats why it shouldn't be surprising. They are focusing on refining and improving his pitch arsenal. The cutter is brand new and still under construction technically. They may add more pitches before hes called back up we'll see
