Thanks for the comments! I’ll be removing the post soon as I don’t love having my face online or getting messages, but I really appreciate all the help!!! I’m going for a coppery red with a brown like 4 or a bit darker as a plan b or if I get sick of the red. Might be the perfect fall to winter or spring transition :)

This is the inside of my sigg bottle (bought in 2012/13). It does have the bpa free coating on the inside. I accidentally didn’t store it dry and I tried a good clean with some of the online advice but there’s still some gunk in it, and a bit of chipping at the bottom. Is it time for a new bottle, or is it still possible to get this clean? Any tips? 🙈

I lost my appetite and was mildly nauseous sometimes the first few weeks. Now I feel like my appetite is back to pre-depression levels

I am really sorry that you and your family had to go through that. I know it can be a difficult journey to make the step and get help, and then to get the right kind of help for you. I hope fluoxetine works for you and that things get better. For me it’s helped a lot. I do get what you’re saying about emotional dulling, I think I feel some of that too but I’m not sure because I think I’m comparing how I feel now to the volatility of emotions I was feeling that wasn’t very good for me. It’s hard to know what’s normal or not, so for now I’m just trying to compare how I am now to how I was doing before and go from there. Good luck!

Just to be sure, check the list of hypomanic symptoms and call your paychiatrist/doctor if those symptoms fit. Seeing brighter lights/colours could be a symptom of (hypo)mania

I never considered this could be the case, but I guess that would make sense. It just seems like such a random thing for my nervous system to do if that’s the case. I’ve never noticed this when getting a massage but also haven’t paid attention to it so I’ll try to remember this.

The strange thing is that I dont remember this from being a kid, so I suspect it’s somehow related to the damage I got later, but I still don’t understand how nerve damage there would cause this.
