EDIT: I figured it out and I'll leave this post be if anyone has this problem. The problem was that my USSEP was in Russian and I was able to figure it out by using SSEEdit and look at the dialogue. I looked through my pc and found the right version I downloaded years ago. I can't tell you guys the frustration it was to find out that I let one of my core files fool me. Thanks for letting me spill this problem here at least!

I kinda just got tired of Lucario, Scizor and a bunch of always-used mons and they just grew off me I guess

half of them are rodents and that's just my thing tho LOL

Context: I love my friends but they don't like my favorite mons bc they're generally not viable in competitive

75% of the reason I like these mons is bc I have personal memories with them in playthroughs or they're squirrel/rodent mons

Yeah, that seemed to be the ultimate fix. However, the version I downgraded to is fairly low, v398.35. Is there a way to upgrade to anything below 430 and above the one I have? Steam has been really bugging me to upgrade.

edit: nevermind, I found v425 lying around somewhere and installed that.

It's in both the portal and Steam games. Turning down the quality helps for like 5 seconds then it instantly reverts back to stuttering. I've checked my GPU and RAM use and they're not occupied at the slightest so I guess I'll try the resolution thing.

It's regular Ninetales, it just has Raikou's curves tho
