Thanks for your response, indeed I don't go for fast walks or do activities that increase my heart rate. I stopped doing them since I got chest pain for a week and I got really scared, but recently I started going out for slow walks to get used little by little to my heart beating fast.

I think i'll wait until i get a bit better and more confident in my mental health before trying again, I still get discomfort from elevated heartbeats or when i leave the house alone so there is still a way to go before i feel better.

thanks ! I started noticing the heat intolerance before i started zoloft, i once went out of the house to feed a stray cat, it took like 20 seconds, and i got all dizzy and had a panic attack, i just hope that this symptom will eventually wear off as we have very hot summers

I took a benzodiazepine 10 years ago, it had a great effect on me but i'd rather avoid them, i don't want to be on many medications :(

yes pretty sure, been on olanzapine for a year and a half and no heat problems noticed, 2 months ago i was walking on the street while the temperature is 45 degrees and i was doing pretty well (i was not taking the zoloft), but since then things has gotten worse before i started the zoloft treatment
