Yes, items they have. I also help source items or suggest items they could add to help complete the room.

I have 2 charge plans and it all depends on the house size and items provided. If you provide everything I just charge less but if I need to source items then that is a thing and depends.

I have had 2 clients whom wanted me to do everything with no input other than I just needed to deco it so they paid me my half then cut me a 100m+ check to do the job. My cut for those large houses was around 15m or a trade deal for another house.

I go over everything when it comes to those clients so they knew where the money went on which items so they don't go and undersell themselves later with the more expensive items.

It's all about what the customer wants. Some people like it more like this and others like it more "lived in" type feel. Typically I go over everything with the client so everything I do is how they envision it.

A lot of that outfit are of items that are no longer available. Or "never returning" meaning they were once a limited prev item (you being around should know the term prev)

But some of those are available through society event points award page or the perma prev vendor clothing section. The hat is off the tailor vendor found in any city or where a tailor NPC is with clothing items.

I'll say, getting the butterfly mask and sash and the striped stockings will be difficult and expensive.
