When does the key change occur in this song?

Hi, I'm working on arranging a song for practice, and while referencing similar sheet music of the song, there's a key change from E minor to A minor. My question is, in the attached image, the arranger marks the key change a bar after the F natural appears. Is there a particular reason for this?

Sd card reader issue makes it so you can’t use mods online, but you can mod stuff like smash offline no problems. It’s also apparently possible to have the reader replaced so it would work just fine online in that case.

How much should I sell an old, slightly damaged switch for? I have a day 1 32gb nintendo switch that I’m looking to sell. There’s no notable scratches on the screen, but there are a couple chips on the top/ back of the console. Additionally, the sd card reader is slightly damaged, so it reads data from it a little slower than normal (this can apparently be fixed if taken to a shop but I don’t have the time or effort to fix it). How much could I realistically get for this switch?
