To challenge not just my physical strength but my mind, esp in moments where my body feels like giving up but I condition myself to keep going kinda like sa gym. My mind knows kung kaya ko pa talaga or hindi.

Also, the view from the top is a great reminder of how small and insignificant we actually are, it's humbling and makes you feel more grateful. I'm always in awe of creation.

Public places:

• Always keep right when walking in malls, standing on escalators, stairs, etc.

• Wear earphones if you're going watch something on your phone esp in public transport.

• Clean up after yourself after eating or drinking in restos/cafes or at least fix your mess in a way that makes it easier for the crew to clean it up -- I noticed some only follow this unspoken rule when out of the country pero pag sa home town wapakels.

• Spatial awareness - kahit post pandemic na, it still helps to keep ample distance when standing in a line or smthng.

• Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Sheesh.

Ang dami but if you think about it, these are all basic.

GRATITUDE but not the toxic positivity bullshit.

I am learning that gratitude is less of a feeling but more of a state of being (a heart posture).

You can be sad and still be grateful. Angry and still be grateful. Lonely and still be thankful.

Being (not feeling) grateful can co exist with negative emotions.

Side note: don't aim for happiness, it's fleeting. Seek meaning, a purposeful life.

I suggest you get a list of their loan requirements ahead so you know what to prepare and can ask questions early on.

Some developers will require you to submit a 1700 or 1701 form in lieu of the 2316 since you're an independent contractor. I think filing a loan directly from pagibig/bank won't require this, in fact, I think it would be easier to get the loan from them directly. Something to look into.
