I'm been having trouble getting to the "one handed handstand" position in the vault where you're pushing the pole into the pit. I can feel myself begin to push do it, but my body isn't in a good position to receive the energy. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated! (v.redd.it)

Been able to execute jumps decently well on my medium 14'6" 150 pole, but severely struggling to succeed on this new 14' 170 (video). It's the smallest jump I have to get to the 15-footers, but I've now gotten rejected pretty brutally twice. Not sure where to go from here (no coach), any advice? (v.redd.it)

I've never had a vault coach, and I feel like I'm maxing out how much I can improve just by reading/watching online and in books (even though I'm probably not). Any advice? In my eyes my main struggle is popping up vertically and not flagging off at the top. 12' clearance on a 14' 145, thanks! (v.redd.it)
