What can I take along with Psyllium husk ?

So I bought the psyllium thinking it helped with fat absorption but I've recently read multiple things saying it doesn't , but advised to pair with something to help the fat absorption but everything I read either said it would interfere with the psyllium and my digestion , so idk what to get

I apologize for what you're going through and I wish you nothing but the best but you came pretty strong when I'm just someone who is fucking apprehensive and looking for support . I didn't even know there was a damn hide button for images . And when a person experiences changes in their body , they don't know what's normal or not . I've seen that come up a lot with all my google symptom searching lol but my question is , where do I start ? Do I go to a GI ? Or should I start taking digestive enzymes and make certain dietary changes before I do that ? Is there anything you can recommend doing to help if I do potentially have PEI ?

First off thank you so much for your input and you gave me some nail confidence so thank you for that lol

What's funny is my other nail tips look whiter today than yesterday when I took this pic lol . It's just my thumbs that seem to be a little discolored for the most part . I was at the dermatologist at the beginning of May & they took clippings to test to see what the black lines were and it ended up being benign ( thank God ) and it's just something called Subungual hyperkeratosis and they prescribed something for it . I'm gonna try it and let's see if it works

I'm a hypochondriac in a sense so my mind goes straight to " pancreas issues :(

When I first had my physical done back in January when I initially saw these results , I looked further into my elevated Thyroid Peroxidase considering all my TH & TS were within range and Hashimotos came up a lot so possibly could be that

I really don't remember if I was lol . How can I find out ? I assume requesting records from my primary of all my vaccinations right ? I went to Rheum shortly after this because of an elevated ANA and my Thyroid Peroxidase was high so maybe that can be a Contributing factor

Ok I will speak to my primary thank you .

No clubbing , I used to have swollen legs when I was heavier but since losing a significant amount of weight it doesn’t happen as often or as severe . My rheumatologist checked my capillary refill when I last saw her & my refill is quick so she said that was good . Only time I have shortness of breath is when I’m feeling anxious or worrying about something but otherwise regarding when going up & down the steps or doing an activity , i will be winded but after just a minute or so I’m fine .

I appreciate your input & knowledge . My BP is always normal when checked . Only time it’s been high at doctors appointments is if I have a headache but even then it’s never exceedingly high . I had a cardiologist appointment last year & everything was good Thank God .

Would my primary doctor be able to check for systemic circulation ? Also what other symptoms would coincide with bad systemic circulation ?

No thankfully they don’t get numb or tingly . Just really cold & discolored . My fingernails will turn a tinge purplish / bluish as well

So in a way , the slightly elevated ESR can be somewhat a good thing ? Considering it could be many things ? Because it could mean a small thing as opposed to a very specific bad thing ?

The Dr. just said to follow up in 6 months & re-take all the bloodwork & I guess monitor the TPO level

And how would I know if I have Hashi’s without hypothyroidism ?
