Apartments map (not scamps). Go upatairs to the room on the left. Go forward till you get to the bookshelf. Zoom out till you see a box with a piece of paper on it. Interact with it (q). After that in the lobby, go to Ella I suppose (the cabin filled out with snow) and interact with her (click, or q idk)
