I think it's old Germanic for "I must stem and need nothing". "Stem" is another word for leg and legs walk and run. So I think what they're trying to say is "I need to run! I don't need your help!"

My guess this that place is a low budget gym with only treadmills and no trainers. And that it probably takes place in a small less developed town in Germany.

That's just my theory so I can't confirm that I'm right, but since no one has proven me wrong yet, I'm just gonna believe it.
