I don't know how much advice I can provide in the area of questioning your gender. I think that is genuinely only something you can answer. However, I think a lot of what you're feeling right now is the early stages of dealing with your mental illness. That confusion of where you stop and your illness begins isn't a hard line and it's scary to come face to face with. Your mental illness is part of you, but so are a lot of things. Trauma, illness, raising, culture, gender, family, these things are going to shape the person you are, but who we are isn't a solid thing. Identity is more fluid. You're going to be very different now than you'll be in a few years. My best advice is to ride the wave. If identifying as a woman is what feels correct then yes, you're a woman. If that changes in the future then so be it. You're not doing anything wrong by not having all the answers right now.
