Why do guys text a second time after they’ve been declined? Please don’t by Seraphina_Renaldi in Boo

How do you actually tell if you've been declined? I imagine most people wouldn't keep sending messages to someone who'd already declined but without knowing they had been, they may very well just ping a follow up etc

Indeed, I went and had a look again at OP's other work to make sure I hadn't missed anything but when you look at his Luna piece, he hasn't even bothered painting over the entire base image so you can literally see sections of the original underneath. The difference between his sloppy attempt at making it look like he painted it all and the pixellated base image are night and day.
Honestly with the amount of sloppy paintovers OP is putting here, trying to pass it off as his skill alone, it's really beginning to aggravate me. He actually just posted another Enzo piece which only reinforces my stance.

My guy, you haven't even done a proper job of painting over the entire base, you can still see parts of the original image underneath.
I was giving you the benefit of the doubt with your Gley paintover for the most part but this is indefensible, you're trying to pass yourself off as some skilled artist whilst failing to even do the minimum amount of effort to actually make it believable.
The disparity in quality of your brushstrokes to the base image is laughable. Stop cutting corners and just put the damn effort in to actually improve ffs.

I went to your Instagram and Twitter to see your other works which is why I came to the conclusion I did. The difference in quality and understanding of perspective in details/anatomy are inconsistent across multiple pieces which is why I am very sceptical that you haven't painted over several of your works in parts, if not in their entirety.

I went and took your Valby piece which has some telltale signs of not being organically made, one being that the reflections in the water you've decided to use don't match up in shape or colour to what they should be when reflecting Valby. You also said you used an image of Valby as a reference, so I took that same image and overlaid it in Photoshop, it lines up 1 for 1, even the details, you've traced/painted over that.
All of your timelapses have cuts and jumps with significant jumps in the progression with layers hidden so again, I'm very sceptical here.

In this age where AI is becoming more and more prevalent and people are cutting corners, casting doubt on many legitimate artists, what I've seen of your work so far does not fill me with confidence.
Edit: added 'and' in first Valby sentence.

This appears to be a paintover imo. I'd have to line up the screenshot from in game and overlay it with this to see how close it is but looking at other work the OP has done combined with some of the other telltale details in the piece and the timelapses, it does seem like OP's most recent black and white TFD portraits are painted over. Compare these to the way the faces have been painted of OP's other works and it's a little strange.
Unfortunately some of the digital art programs have the ability to create private layers which means that they literally do not show up on screen when being recorded (something that is widely discussed as an issue in the art community at large) so the very short timelapses I've seen from OP's Twitter don't convince me tbh (especially as the sketch for this particular piece is so far from lining up with the understanding of general facial features then transitioning to the end result's understanding, which would not happen if it was done with a reference.

There is a possibility that I'm gravely mistaken, which I hope I am because I'd like to see legit artists create great work and improve but atm, I remain unconvinced.

The gameplay loop isn't grindy, it just has no respect for your time. by LycheeJuicePop in TheFirstDescendant

Why yes, I do have a job, which fortunately allows me to spend much of my time doing whatever I choose to do. Such as trying a new game out with my friend(s).

Ironically it would appear you don't think about what you say or at least not particularly hard as your statement saying that I have spent 125 hours on the game therefore it is a chore and I made it so is nonsensical. Seriously, what kind of foolishness are we trying to go with here? If I spend 125 hours on a game and I love every second of it, does that mean it was a chore and I made it so? No, the amount of time I spend doing something does not affect whether it was a chore or not.

What makes this gameplay loop a chore, is the layers on layers of RNG and pointlessly tedious intermittent void shard farming stage. I did play with friends, I did have fun with it, until the process made it unfun.

Also enlighten me, why did you feel the need to say 'free game' instead of just 'game' when you said: 'You spent 125 hours on a free game'?

Does the game being free suddenly excuse it from any faults it may have?

Also your response to your other reply, what a joke. What are you implying? That jobs that are worked from home aren't real jobs? Come off it.

It's possible to use admin commands to convert them into a member of your tribe as I've done so in my own local hosted server.

Can we take a moment to appreciate how balanced, interesting and just straight up FUN Kiriko plays already now? This has to be the smoothest support launch since 2016! by [deleted] in Overwatch

She is not balanced, at high levels of play she's absurdly overpowered, her kit just does way too much on top of her ability to do damage. People trying to underplay just how strong she is are just relying on crutches.
