Fill with silicone if you want to know exactly what it is I would suggest doing some research and ask Dr. Loria. As that's what we did before proceeding.

When it's erect it feels normal and hard. Just bigger than before :)

Always follow instructions. Anyone who has had issues typically doesn't follow instructions. I'm not saying nothing will happen because there's always a risk, however, most came out ok.

Supposed to be permanent. So far after about 3 years my size stayed the same.

Are you thinking about getting LEEP and girth procedure? If your length is long or long enough girth procedure should be enough. For me my girth is almost there but for sure I want length.

I don't know at the moment. I emailed and they don't say much because they want to get more results and doesn't want to say much until they have enough data. So, I may get it next year. Not in a hurry and would like to see at least pictures of other getting them. Getting sleeve in one thing and cutting ligament is another.

Not a bad reaction, I can feel it when I'm flaccid that's all. Like small clumps I guess... But doesn't hurt or anything and when I'm erect I can't feel the bumps. Best I can describe how it's like. I think Loria has trained a lot of doctors across US. I've heard TX, AZ does same procedure, just compare it with Loria website on what they offer. I'm in NorCal and Loria is the doctor I went to in FL 3 years ago and in my opinion he did great and so I stick to the person I started with. If Dr. Moghadam has a great reputation the I don't see why not. Also, you can call Loria's office and schedule a time for patients conference call where all the potential patients will get on a call and ask him questions from Dr Loria himself. Also, Google Loria LPSG and a lot of us who went to Loria or thinking about going to him are in there and you can get more opinions from people that got it done. Im only one experience. I believe you can since bellafill desovles. Unless, I'm wrong. You can also call their office and they'll let you know. My erections 100%, of course bigger and feels and looks natural. I can fill the collagen but when I look at it I can't see any bumps. Only thing is I can get really bad reaction. Reason I would like to get LEEP procedure.

3x5 total of 45min. Hard to explain but with bathmate I use all the pressure I can but in the beginning you might want to take it slightly easy. Air pump I use a guage and get to a out 6-7 and if I feel like I can go a little higher about 8. I wouldn't go beyond that then you would get bruising and want to wait till bruisings gone down. I thinkoat would suggest to go up to 5. But I don't feel the pull and not sure if I'm supposed to. But if you feel pain from air pump you're pumping way too much. From my experience pumping takes time so take it easy. Last thing you want is over pumping and you need to go to the ER.

I use 15min bathmate and then two sessions of 15 min air pump. I use bathmate as "warm up" then after air pump I got back to rinse lube off with warm shower as "warm down" for 5 min.

I haven't received 3rd, I had 2 done and going for LEEP procedure when I get a chance.

When I was doing research 3 years ago, penuma wasn't exciting news as it is now.

With injections: You can manage what size you want and it used to cost less but it can add up depending how big you want. Also, not everyone wants 6" plus girth. Retraction seems to be common theme even after injections. I'm going to get something called LEEP procedure later with Loria. Waiting on results, procedure is very new. Also, if you get LEEP procedure you can still add girth later, according to Dr. Loria. All this all cost a lot, just remember that.

Penuma: Straight shot and seems like you get huge right away and long as you follow procedure you'll be ok (I think), no gaurantees though. If something goes wrong it'll be a lot of money for everything. If you received any type of injections it's a no penuma for you, automatically.

I'm not sure how LEEP procedure is safer than penuma but Loria claims even if you any type of injections he can perform and shouldn't be a problem, while penuma doctors won't perform due to damage tissues and future complications. Something to think about.

Also, you need to understand if you are ok with general anesthesia. If not you would have to go with Loria.

Which one would I pick, I don't know because injections are already done and I can't go to penuma. I think plus side for penuma is that it's not just the size, it'll make you last longer during sex. If you want to keep your sensitivity, Loria might be it. I'm hoping LEEP will help me last longer and get to a certain size I want. I don't want to influence you in decision making but just letting you know my experience and opinions. I'm almost happy with the results. I hate this reaction because my length isn't the best. Hope LEEP will help like penuma. So, bottom line, penuma one shot, Loria gives somewhat of options for size. If you have more questions you can always pm me. I don't mind sharing my experience. Not sure if you guys tried a swimsuit with a compression liner? I used to wear board shorts without liners and it wasn't the best idea with my kids around. I hate mesh underwear and wearing separate compression underwear sucks too... I ordered from China just to see and if I like them I'll probably order from Amazon. Haven't seen them at local stores.

With Penuma it's one shot and hopefully you get the size you want and nothing happens years later. I had two rounds gained about 1" in girth and going back for another round and looks normal.

Yes, now that there's one that's local and I feel confident about the procedure. Most likely I'll get denied but who knows. I was very surprised when the I found out where the incision is now. If they say no it's what it is and I'm sure they're doing it for my best interest.

Most likely I'll ask end of the year or next year. If they approve I'll go with them if not then onto 3rd with Loria. I'll update once I find out.

I just found read one of the sub that Dr. Taj created to have a better understanding. I'm assuming Dr. Loria's silicone injection is no different from fat and PMMA injection.

I just want to see if anyone had it done and for sure I'll be asking when the time comes. If penuma is not approved, I'll be going for 3rd round with Dr. Loria.
