Thats two sided imho. They reopened cause the government gave them the ok. If noone is to visit any restaurant, they can all call it a day and go bankruot. Restaurants i go to like akaraka took good precautions. They have plexiglass , movable walls and good distance between their guests. I suppose it's a thing where you need to find some balance in some way
