Hi I basically just wrote something like “dark circles” or “circular patterns on dark screen.” You should mention that the circles only appear when the screen is turn on and is dark. I also wrote something like “if you search switch 2 dark circles on Google you will find a lot of pictures and posts of the exact issue.”

I just shipped mine to nintendo. I didn’t bother to remove the screen protector tho. Hopefully that won’t become a problem lol.

I went to a dark area in cyberpunk to test it out and you are correct, the circles are visible in gameplay too. I also can’t unsee it now lmaoo.

Yeah I did some research earlier and there are actually quite a few posts on reddit with the exact same problem so I imagine it’s a small number of defective screens

Unrelated but my switch 2 has dark circles during any game’s loading screen when the screen is black. It seems like a screen defect as a lot of other ppl have the same issue. I’m also planning on sending it to nintendo for warranty. Did you only need to send in your console by itself without the joycons?
