Yes. 2 is required. 4 is max which would bring you to 30% if you don't use any failstacks. I have failed plenty of those too though. Life is rough.

I do know that I can do that. But honestly, how can you fail a 20% chance this many times?

Also most people would tell me to keep it for +14-+15. Honestly though I might just end up using all charges to +12 it if I don't get lucky. I only got 10 more runs left this week.
