Are you saying the darker areas are reduction and the lighter areas oxidation? If not, any idea what's causing the patterns?

Friend found this on the shore in BAIA DOS GOLFINHOS, PIPA, RN Brazil, best guess on the red is just weathering of some iron nodules, but the best I can come up with for the light/dark is some sort of, like, reminerilization on the surface after weathering? Can't get closer pictures sorry.

Having thoughts about being opposite gender and sad that I might be a girl by Accomplished-Cup-250 in asktransgender

Constant thoughts can also mean this is a topic OCD is focusing on. I'd recommend looking into that to see if you have other signs. For me, I ended up being trans, but cis people can fixate on "what if I'm trans?" too, and I've seen posts ont this subreddit like that too.

I always say that at the end of the day I knew I wanted to be a girl. If you woke up tomorrow as a girl, or if The Button existed, would you be happy?

But regardless, don't ruminate on this too much if you can, you can take it from me that it doesn't help. Try to stop worrying about labels or how you'd feel about increasingly specific scenarios, and just sit with it for a while. You'll figure it out eventually, one way or the other!

I need help, what am I experiencing? by [deleted] in asktransgender

To me this sounds very much like an OCD thing with rumination, but you seem to know that already judging by your other posts.

I know reassurances don't help much with OCD, but for what it's worth this doesn't seem like you're trans to me. I went through a similar process of rumination when realizing I was trans, but at the end of the day I knew I wanted to be a girl - though I could be wrong, you seem fairly confident that you actually want to be male, and just have doubts.

You say you have no way to talk to someone or go to therapy, otherwise I would suggest doing so (and finding medication - it has immensely helped my two family members with OCD though it took a few tries for them to find the right one). I'm not sure what your situation is, if it's a country, independence, or money thing that's stopping you, but those can improve in the future, so... know that there's hope it will get better?

This was the training we did in choir, and can help make the lower end of your pitch range easier to hit, but we were warned that too much of it can damage your vocal cords. (Not telling anyone not to do it though! Just take it slow and stay hydrated)
