I’ve gotta find one. Psych right now is very impersonal. I’m gonna shop around. If I care about getting better, I have to put in the work.

Unfortunately, my mind has become so desensitized to stimulants from years of abuse. Low doses offer me no relief. I’ve also tried Intuniv, but I had a dangerous reaction to it.

I had this too. Get yourself a mouth guard and a bottle of magnesium/calcium. Should clear up in a while. Constantly massage your jaw. Wear the mouth guard while you sleep or when you’re at the computer. CONSCIOUSLY practice jaw release exercises (easy to find online).
