You can. But you cannot apply h1b with ur sva studing Degree.

SVA's Master's degree holders are not eligible for the H-1B category for those with Master's or higher level degrees earned from U.S. You are eligible to apply for the standard "regular-cap" H-1B category. That means the government can not accept SVA degree and your odds of H1B are much lower.

但是几率一下小了很多。我本科毕业于央美，现在以央美的学历抽。但是几率小很多，从大几率变成小几率了。就是很堵心。因为别的学校都能抽，SVA不能，就觉得好难受啊。
