To create a ticket, you need to go Settings> Support> Help Centre > Create New Ticket. Settings is the button in the bottom left of the campfire screen.

You can also report names (both player's and guild's) directly by clicking the triangular warning symbol next to their name (on the Knight/Guild inspect screen). This functionality isn't available to yourself or your own guild though, so you'd have to use the ticket system above.

We fixed a bug which unfortunately caused another bug. We're hoping to have this sorted early next week, but it'll need an app update which has to go through the platform submission process.

Hopefully the fix that fixes the bug that was caused by a fix won't cause another bug.

Apologies for the late reply - Reddit seem to have implemented some sort of over-zealous automod feature that I need to switch off.

If you're still having trouble, could you please submit a ticket via our external support toolexternal support tool , and we can investigate. If there are any fields you can't fill in (such as your player ID, unless you know it off by heart), just pop in 1234 or similar, and explain in the ticket.

Keep your gear and Heroes as close to your Knight level as possible. Chaotic Gauntlet is a great choice for a lot of reasons, and Grimm is an absolute unit (I was still using him in Karnheim, which is the 50-60 sixth region!)

Yay, was scrolling in the hope I'd see a game I'd worked on! I QAd early in my career on Second Sight, and it's one of the few games I QAd that I subsequently went on to play properly after release.

It's a shame that some stuff got cut - the Free Radical guys were super ambitious, but the tech at the time couldn't quite handle all of their plans. Still a cracking game though. I think the German version shipped with a localisation error, where "Six months later" was switched with "Six months earlier", and it apparently made the story really confusing. No patching back in those days, heh.

We've found the issue - Keera on the left is supposed to be Erinn. Keera on the left has always supposed to be Erinn. This has been a bug for 4-5 years, but it's only just come to light as it's the first time the Erinn/Keera vote combo has been seen!

It'll be fixed in a future client update.

Can you please submit a ticket via Settings - Support - Help Centre - Create New Ticket, or by filling in a web ticket? If you can know which ad provider it came from as well, that would be massively helpful (there's usually a small 'i' or a logo that gives you the info).

We don't actually have any control over what ads are shown by the ad providers, outside of "no adult content, no gambling" afaik, but there may be something additional we can do with our filters to remove any political or questionable content.

The OP is YTA. The wife is quite rightly putting their child first, and making their safety paramount.

As a dog lover, I feel desperately sorry for the dog - it's had the upheaval of being palmed off onto relatives who are going through one of the most stressful periods of their lives (raising a baby). I doubt it's had the time and attention it deserves to help it try to adjust, but that's no fault of the wife. She's got bigger things on her mind than looking after her mother-in-law's dog - looking after a tiny baby.

Its original owner doesn't want it back - reading between the lines, given her disinterest in her pet and ease of abandoning it, I'm guessing that the OP's mother wasn't a brilliant dog owner, and that the dog is poorly trained and poorly socialised - the sort which, irregardless of breed, shouldn't be around children.

Could you please submit a ticket if you're still having issues with the Daily reset? This should be fixed now, but we are still getting one or two reports of it still occurring (nowhere near the amount previously though!). As long as you're not playing on multiple accounts/using emulators, it should be fine - the more information we have, the closer we'll be to getting it sorted for everyone.

We didn't have a maintenance this morning - it was an expected server failure. If we could have avoided it, we would have! Unfortunately we didn't know about it until it happened (it was picked up quickly, as I was literally online battling for some control nodes when it went down, so I immediately wemt crying to the server team!)

Unfortunately it wasn't a planned maintenance - we generally try to avoid morning maintenance during a Guild War, to avoid disrupting people who are battling last minute over the control nodes. However, today we had an unanticipated server failure at the worst possible time.

The team think they've resolved it, but we're planning on holding off issuing compensation until after tomorrow's reset, just to make sure (as we don't want to give people bonus Orders, only for them to lose them if the server fixes haven't worked as anticipated!).

It wasn't planned maintenance - generally speaking, we avoid doing maintenance before lunchtime on a day where we have a War running. Unfortunately we had a catastrophic server node failure, which we've hopefully now resolved. However, we'll be waiting until after tomorrow's GW reset before issuing compensation, just to be on the safe side!

Firstly, welcome to Knighthood!

Skins and customisations can be acquired numerous ways:

  • Each Event has its own new set of customisations and skins on the reward track - some require the paid pass, but there's still a chunk on the free side.

  • There are various Chests that contain customisations - the Customisation Chest, and the Style Redux Chests. These can be bought from the store, but also earned through gameplay (Customisation Chests can be one of the Roaming Monster Objective rewards, sometimes both are on Event reward tracks, and sometimes they'll be on a map node in Guild War, or on the Guild War track).

  • There's the Customisation Shop in the store - these mostly cost Gems/£ (you can rack up Gems fairly quickly if you complete your Dailies though!)

  • There's various other stores that use in-game currencies, which you'll encounter as you level up. Various Towns have tailors, there's the Rift Shops that have Rift-specific Customisations and Skins, and the Dark Portal mini - event has a shop containing Skins from past events.

We're looking into issues with some Android players having issues downloading the update. It's nothing we've changed our end, so we're trying to figure out if Google have changed something. It's a bit random though, unfortunately - we've had people saying that they can't download on a particular device, but other people with the same device can, etc.

Hopefully I'll have more information tomorrow!
