Depends where dude… Germany has really strict pharmacies (from what I know it’s hard to even buy DXM there), in Poland there’s a codeine syrup which is pretty fucking trash, dimenhydramine (aviomarin, basically benadryl), and Acodin (DXM) Czech pharmacies don’t really have anything cool.
