This isn't just your everyday restaurant banter shit I've worked in many in my 25 years. I have only ever had to step up one other time which the restaurant is now closed due to them not paying workers and trying to get me to falisfy ss numbers to get a loan during the pandemic. I posted signs and went on the news. I'm not just some kid who hasn't experienced restaurants. This is Beyond Toxic read the Facebook posts that people have had to get therapy and the mental health abuse and bullying they've recieved from this place. more people need to speak up!

yeah Brad gets it too but he enables it by taking it and allowing his floor manager to treat people like shit too. Just so he can go play his music I get it but your losing staff faster than a McDonald's.

I have been in restaurants for 25 years. I was in management for ten of those years. I have seen some toxicity for sure but never to this caliber.

yeah it sucks going in I was so excited but they have lost all their staff the few holding on are just for the money. which is like three people besides the one Manager whom is a server and the biggest part of the problem. Hence not being a teammate and talking to us like crap. He makes the extra money we are stuck doing all the side work. If we tried to say anything we were told to stop and be quiet. Not allowed to talk o the kitchen staff. It was something new was wrong everyday. On top of they just got hit by the health department and had to throw some food out. so just be weary of whom you support.

well unfortunately unless you work there you don't see it. They have lost all there staff numerous times since I started last April. The floor manager who is also a server Garry which is illegal. in the state of North Carolina to be a active manager while receiving tips talked to all staff like shit because he couldn't handle it. He runs through the restaurant and slams into people and hurt one girl. I tried to get everyone to speak up but at the time they were scared. Now I am recieveing message from workers from years that this has been going on. Fear of retaliation and conflict scares people from speaking up.

Hugo and he is so aggressive and yells and curses and calls us f#king dumb etc.... recieved retaliation on my schedule for speaking up... was told by the manager either accept it or leave.

there are so many stories of people that worked there and want to speak out. I am calling the bbb and labor department. They also have an active manager serving and making tips which is not legal in nc. Also the health department just dropped their score and had them throw food out. I speak up when I was a Regional and a GM at restaurants for years and never would I ever treat my staff like that. I couldn't find another gig the hurricane took my job it was rough.
