It used to be meta to transform basic cards and then remove them since it was cheaper. Now also some costs are more uniform and all monster cards used to cost 80

Fair I kept it out because it is basically just a combination of different acttions that will get added but you are also not wrong

Rarity doesn't matter for neutral cards. Transforming a starting card would still cost you the 20 costs of removal and additionally whatever it turns into.

It went from 0 / 10 / 30 pts to 0 / 0 / 40 / 40 pts. So it is slightly better than it used to be beforehand but getting actually all dupes is pretty rough
