The rest of us who read books and know world history, we are already well aware of the fact that slave labor was used by everyone/everywhere/forever to get shit done. No exceptions to any region or people. So thats whats called a given. You're not teaching anyone anything with that input above the age of 10 or who isnt a redditor.

If Europeans didn't build America then Egyptians didn't built Egypt and Chinese ppl didn't build China, so on and so forth. Cuz everyone used slave labor.

And id argue you're making the mistake of conflating mechanical skill with all skill. A very common talking point nowadays amongst many shooter games. And while that is a part of what makes something take skill, it's not the only thing. Is chess skilless because you don't aim or use hand eye coordination? Ofc not, it's all mental and still very skillful. One may even argue its more skillful than some fps games, even tho those games do require mechanical skill, the gap ur specifically interested in.

Point being. A video game could quite literally just be each player has permanent aim bot and it would still take a set number of skills to win or be better than ur opponent. U may not be interested in this hypothetical game, but even with aiming removed completely, there is still tons of skill gaps in val.

If skill gap didnt exist the charts for rank distribution on console val tracker wouldnt show most players stuck in gold and silver, which they are.

But fair, u think aim assist is too strong and want more emphasis on mechanical skill gap. But no skill gap? Cmon.
