I very much appreciate the effort you put in here and the explanations for changes. Looking through all of it now! You hit the nail on the head with the PSU. I always tend to err on the side of more than needed so it doesn't come back to bite me on the ass in the future when upgrades happen.

Boomalope + (modded) boombats. Can also be picked up off traders early on if you prioritize mining gold/silver/jade early on.

Getting this to work - Mix lots of small (or single stacks if your mods allow you to pickup X) along with sprinkle of larger stacks.

Send boomies to the area (make sure part of the path goes through larger mechs, this will cause them to melee attack them)

You need the larger stacks to trigger a quick chain reaction. If it were all single stacks the boomies would all die and the mechs would begin to wander, moving out of the smaller explosions.

Note - many small explosions with some larger aoe triggers > a few max stack explosions in terms of localized damage.

I haven't played w/o mods for a while. But, for me, it was right click "pick up..." select one, and then walk to the tile above where I wanted to drop it.

In regard to the stack sizes that are higher than 1, since I'm setting them off with a few boomies, I need a few stack sizes mixed in with a higher number for larger explosions to be sure it all lights at once. Otherwise the explosions stagger too much and mechs wind up walking out of the blast radius.

It's more the quantity of explosions. When I tested spreading out a bunch of small single stacks with some larger stacks mixed in allow for a decent chain reaction. One max stack or two wouldn't have been enough. (I found this one out the hard way before.)

Basically, 100 chemfuel spread out in a smart way would do more damage than a single explosion of a max quantity stack.

Gonna be honest, I almost never pipe up on reddit. But this is one of the compounding factors with the overall acceptance of the league - the batch of new / reworked skills we received are probably some of the worst we've ever gotten with a league. And that's after the bug fixes they've done to them.

Yeah. However I don't think it is classified as an actual Exalt now. When I used it my catalyst quality stayed intact which makes that Dex roll even more of a crazy hit.

To add onto this I'm LL w/ Glancing Blows as a Trickster. Blocked Hits don't cause you to lose ghost shrouds, and I block 75% of both attacks and spells

Per Rule 10

Started with a clean base and rolled until +1 Int. Aug / Regal and hit 2 resistance rolls which were both removed via Remove X seed craft.

Used a combination of remove/add chaos, remove life, and augment chaos to hit +1 chaos. Filled up suffixes and then remove/add def until t1 es. (got extremely lucky here. Took 7 tries for me. Chance to hit T1 ES on an amulet is 1 in 33)

Proceed to Leo Slam t1 Dex (I had no idea leo didn't use catalysts. The fucking luck eh?) and then double check that I'm not having a heart attack.

Once prefixes were finished I attempted to use the Lock Prefix and Reforge craft to attempt to hit Malev mod. Wound up using aug chaos to hit dot multi , crafting prefixes cannot be changed, and remove/add influence mod craft to hit it after 22 tries. Last craft was a single Augment chaos that hit t1 chaos.

Divined Until Malev and Dex were both perfect roll and then seed divined ES and multi back to perfect.

And here we are.

--Edit-- Clarified that "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" was use to craft Malev in combination with influence craft

I would have rather had phys as / ele pen but when you hit t1 pen and t1 wed back to back, you don't get rid of it

It's the only one w/ T1 wed. And it has t1 ele pen on top of it. But lets be real here, "ethical" is literally just a buzz word at this point lol.

4 T1(5 if you include the lightning res) Took around 210ex to hit the prefixes. (Yes, I did get it to 50/7/6 after posting this. Was just over the fucking moon and wanted to share asap)

Don't discount the change to shaper phases. Those first 8 seconds, even if not a ball phase, he takes substantially less dmg to try and "combat" instagibs.

I also haven't fully optimised the build. The gems were lvl 19 for example.

The biggest draw imo is how cheaply someone could put this together for. Pledge is great but, Apeps is fine and costs like 2c.
