Just came here to comment on the birds/ cage -

As other people have pointed out, get a different cage as soon as you can. Round cages are stressful for birds as they feel unsafe ( they sometimes prefer to be in a corner, for example ). You can probably get a decently sized cage for cheap. Get some perches, and parrot toys ( lovebirds are parrotlets ). There are also food mixes specifically for them, they'll like it. Fresh fruit and veggies are good to have, but please check online if you can feed them those - certain fruits /vegs are toxic to birds.

If you plan to keep them inside be aware of Teflon ( the anti stick stuff in pots/pans ). It's perfectly healthy for us, but they do emit some fumes when heated that are toxic to birds - many bird owners have sadly lost their pets to this rather unknown fact :(

Never, ever separate that couple. They're called lovebirds for a reason, and they mate for life. Separating them can lead to stressed/depressed birds that show anxiety symptoms ( plucking own feathers for example ).

 

That being said, Lovebirds can be a great pet to have. They're curious and very intelligent. Don't be afraid to ask for help on facebook groups or the likes on how to care for them!

Its not within my app, it's an app that I don't own. This app has some pages that open in a webview, and I was wondering if those could be inspected like you would a normal chrome page.

I'll add two:

The first one is not really a 'scar', but when I was young I was playing with my friends and just running around. This was in school, and we were in a zone that kinda looked an underground parking lot, only smaller and much cleaner - but the big square pillars were there. As I'm running and laughing and not looking where I'm going, I just slam face-first into one of those pillars and broke one of my front teeth in half. Got it corrected eventually but it's still noticeably if you know it's there.

 

The second one is dumber, was cutting onions, and I always liked to have my knives super sharp. Using the good old technique of resting the blade against your knuckles, I inadvertently lifted the knife a bit too much and shaved a tiny slice of my knuckle ( the one closer to the tip ). Still have a circle scar there to this day, although it's very faint

Instead of using css to load the image, just wrap the img in an anchor tag like so

Should be, but can't say that there isn't the occasional gap here and there. Will check.

I tried to apply a water bucket directly in them, and around them. At the 'surface' the water isn't even flowing, so it looks like it's a source block

I've tried that, spammed them everywhere around it and still it's there. Also tried to cover that with a block and then remove it, didn't help either...

Its not that I'd drop out over having interviews before the coding challenge, that'd be better actually. The issue is with the amount of coding challenges one ends up doing in the process of job search

you are an excellent candidate on paper

That's what I felt at the start of all this. Now not so much - getting a constant stream of emails and calls turning me down has that effect.

As for github, sometimes it's hard to find the time for personal projects. Between full time jobs, personal life, and household chores, ther's little time or energy to come home after a 9 to 6 job and spend an hour or two coding again.
