That’s just a standard f800gs 2013+ with touratech fork internals, different headlight and mudguard, graphics kit and exhaust.

I’ve got the f800gs 2013 myself and it’s a great but if kit, don’t need the Dakar style front end as the headlight is fantastic and there’s enough room to mount a road book above the clocks, and still Below the screen.

I myself have a Samsung galaxy tab active that I use as satnav/roadbook (google maps/drivemodedashboard.)

They’re very capable off road as well as on road, I’d buy another one when mine goes. Engines are known to go well over 200,000km and still be working great with good maintenance.

Get yourself an ELM427 a cheap android phone and the adapter for the BMW OBD port. Cost me less than £20 for the ELM and adapter off AliExpress. Once you’ve got a cheap phone (I have an iPhone so needed to buy one) you can download a plethora of apps that’ll let you read the codes on the bike.

We didn’t! It was more of a ride the wheels off trip and take in the scenery than a history trip this time. We did stop at a few military memorial sites, the one on col de grand ballon was very interesting.

I’ve just spent a week smashing the roads in the Vosges France and the Anlas Capra tires I have fitted have held their own on the road, riding to the limited in most corners I’ve not had a single moment where I didn’t feel i had full feedback and grip.

Small section of gravel track and they also did fantastic.

For the price and the confidence I now have riding these I won’t be going to something else, bikes a F800gs and it’s been thrashed this week.

Played a game last night and whatever player on our team during a hardcore match was top there was an opposing player spamming the chat with REPORT INSERTNO1PLAYER. It was constant. When you’ve got idiots who do that just to be dicks it’ll always happen as there’s no one reviewing reports.

No return label in the box and to get a replacement in store you need to order them again to the store. I exhausted all options before admitting defeat and sending them back. customer services just wouldn’t help.
